Scope is currently looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to form part of our Finance team within a hybrid working environment to contribute towards our ever-growing success.

- Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse pool of people
- High capacity of time-management skills
- Freakishly meticulous and organised
What you’ll be doing
- General book-keeping and day to day accounts maintenance
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Posting of bills and reconciliation of creditors’ ledger periodically
- Payment runs and debtors’ management
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding financial transactions
- Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
The Ninja skills we're after
- A Level in accounts or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of cloud accounting software such as Xero would be considered an asset
