SCOPE is currently looking for a Business Solutions Team Lead to form part of our team on a full-time basis within a hybrid working environment to contribute towards our ever-growing success.

As the Business Solutions Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team with specific market focus areas as outlined below:

Primary Market Focus:

  • Advanced Retail & Distribution
  • Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Build, Service & Repair jobs, specifically within HVAC, Solar Panels, and related industries involving complex field services.


Secondary Market Focus:

  • Property Development & Property Management
  • Courier & Logistics 
  • Other industries that present opportunities from time to time


In this pivotal role, you will guide and support the team in providing innovative and tailored solutions to clients within these target markets. Your expertise in these focus areas will be instrumental in driving business growth, establishing strong partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team, while fostering a collaborative culture and high-performing environment.

  • Responsible for planning and allocating project team resources.
  • Managing delivery across all business solution projects in a timely, efficient and qualitative manner and in line with budget.
  • Actively involved in establishing innovative ways of rewarding our teams in a fair manner, whilst also factoring individual and collective achievements, fostering a culture of transparency, recognition and excellence.
  • Contributing in technical presales, leveraging your expertise to support our sales team with technical insights and solutions, enabling us to deliver effective and relevant propositions to our clients.
  • Taking charge of team recruitment and nurturing, fostering a collaborative and thriving environment that empowers the team to reach their full potential.
  • Spearheading Team Talent Development, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel, while fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning.
  • Actively driving & monitoring relevant KPIs, to make informed decisions and optimise our performance, ensuring we stay on track to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Participating in strategic team fora, engaging in thoughtful discussions and providing valuable input to shape our long-term vision and goals.

  • Experience and a proven track record of working within the business focus areas, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and relevant practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required, showcasing the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Possess strong planning skills, demonstrating the ability to organise, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a high level of assertiveness and confidence in decision making.
